a) To promote and undertake or assist in promoting and undertaking charitable activities that will benefit persons, primarily of Croatian and Southern European backgrounds across a range of charitable purposes including:

• advancing health;
• advancing education;
• advancing social or public welfare; and
• advancing culture.

b) To promote and assist the general good of the Croatian and Southern European community in Western Australia.

c) To further the above objects, by:

• fundraising and making donations and grants to suitable organisations and individuals;
• assisting whenever and wherever possible the work of statutory authorities and voluntary organisations; and
• promoting and organising co-operation in the achievement of the above objects.

d) To be registered as a charitable organisation.
